Arena REIT is an internally managed Australian Real Estate Investment Trust listed on the ASX, and included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index.
Arena REIT's investment strategy is to invest in sectors such as childcare, healthcare, education and government tenanted facilities -- leased on a long term basis with the objective to generate an attractive and predictable distribution to investors with earnings growth prospects over the medium to long term.
In FY16, Arena REIT reported net operating profit of $25.6 million (up 16% over pcp), EPS of 11.1 cents (up 11.1%) and total assets of $514 million (up 14%).
FY17 outlook: Arena REIT has an efficient cost base, and an attractive portfolio -- which has further opportunity for revaluation growth, and passing yield of 7.3%. It is also on schedule to complete eight projects at a forecast cost of $24 million.
