In FY16, operating cashflow was strong at $21.0 million (up 133% on FY15). Underlying Profit from continuing operations was $20.2 million (up 20% on FY15).
In FY17, Ingenia will achieve 150+ settlements and position itself for further growth over the medium term. It will also continue to build a quality development pipeline in key metro and coastal locations.
