Estia Health Limited
(ASX:EHE) has announced it has appointed current non-executive director Noah Barlow as acting CEO.
The news follows the recent decision of Estisa MD and CEO Paul Gregson to stand down.
Mrs Dawson previously held the CEO role for listed aged care provider Summerset Group.
A global search for a permanent CEO is currently underway, including a search for potential new board members.
Estia Health reported a net profit of $27.6 million at 30 June 2016.
