Medibank’s (ASX:MPL) new chief executive, Craig Drummound, has announced quite a few changes to his executive leadership team.

Mr Drummond said the changes were made to improve the customer experience, as well ensure a "clear focus and accountability on delivering improved outcomes".

The company also has a new Group Executive and Chief Customer Officer, David Koczkar; while its general counsel, Mei Ramsay, has been promoted to be Group Executive of Legal, Governance and Regulatory Affairs.

Medibank reported a net profit of $441 million at 30 June 2016.
