Admedus Limited
(ASX:AHZ) says it has come to settlement terms with cardiologists Dr Geoffrey Land and Dr Keith Woollard.
The two doctors and associated entities were 20 per cent owners of Admedus Regan and had challenged the management of the subsidiary as oppressive of their interests.
The settlement gives Admedus 100 per cent ownership of regenerative technology however the settlement terms remains confidential.
Admedus reported a net loss of $25.1 million to the end of June 2016.
