Liquefied Natural Gas Limited
(ASX:LNG) has announced it has appointed Non-Executive Director Paul Cavicchi to the role of Chairman.
Outgoing Chairman Richard Beresford will remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Cavicchi’s most recent position was Executive Vice President of GDF SUEZ Energy North America where he directed business development and construction efforts across the US, Canada and Mexico.
Mr Cavicchi joined the LNG Board in October 2014.
LNG Limited reported a net loss of $115.1 million at 30 June 2016.
