Qube Holdings Ltd (ASX:QUB) reported that its full-year revenue fell by around 8% to $1.3 billion last financial year.

The logistics and infrastructure company’s statutory net profit also dropped 18% to $86.5 million.

Qube says its profit was impaired by $22.8 million due to its investment in Northern Stevedoring Services, as well as its $494 million equity raising for funds to acquire 50% of the Patrick container terminals from Asciano.

The company will pay a fully-franked final dividend of 2.8 cents per share. Last year, it was slightly higher at 2.7 cents per share.
