Earnings season continues this week as the Goodman Group
(ASX:GMG) has announced its operating profit rose by 9% to $715 million.
The property group says its statutory profit was around $1.28 billion, which is a solid improvement. Previously, Goodman Group’s statutory profit was around $929 million at 31 December last year.
The group says its total distribution is 24 cents per stapled security, which is 8% higher than last financial year.
Also, the Group says its target distribution payout ratio remains unchanged at 60%. Goodman Group is forecasting its FY2017 distribution will be 25.4 cents per security, which is an increase of 6% over the previous year.
