Centuria Metropolitan REIT
(ASX:CMA) has announced its statutory profit was $44.8 million in FY2016. The Trust says this a strong result, and at the upper-range of guidance.
Centuria also says its distributable earnings was $22 million, representing 18.5 cents per share.
As for tht total value of its property portfolio, the Trust says it increased 9.4% to $398.7 million at 30 June 2016.
Finally, in terms of outlook for FY17, the Trust says its distributable earnings guidance range is between 18.7 and 19 cents per share.
