NAB restructures banking divisions

National Australia Bank Limited (ASX:NAB) has announced changes to its organisational structure and Executive Leadership team, resulting in the departure of three senior executives.
 
Renee Roberts and Gavin Slater will depart NAB, while Michalea Healey is set to retire.
 
The restructure will see SME and specialized businesses now coming under a standalone business unit, headed up by Angela Mentis.
 
Corporate and institutional banking will have its own division within NAB, while the Personal Banking business will be renamed Consumer Banking & Wealth Management, headed up by Andrew Hagger.
 
National Australia Bank Limited reported a net loss of $1.74 billion at 31 March 2016.
