Skyfii Ltd
(ASX:SKF) has entered a Partnership Agreement with US retail-focused media company, McGavren Guild Malls (MG Malls).
Skyfii says this deal will help grow its market share in guest WiFi and data analytics in relation to the large North American retail mall sector.
The company says the Partnership Agreement is for an initial term of 3 years, and is an exclusive agreement. In particular, MG Malls will be the exclusive sales agent for Skyfii in US and Canadian shopping malls, and wil not represent Skyfii’s direct competitors.
Skyfii reported a net loss of $1.1 million at 31 December 2015.
