Cloud-based tech company, LiveHire Limited
(ASX:LVH), has entered a partnership with, Randstad Sourceright.
LiveHire will deliver its Talent Community platform to Randstad, which manages over 180 different Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients globally.
According to LiveHire, its “Talent Communities” provide economies of scale. The company says these Communities are private networks of talent, created by employers on the LiveHire platform, where they invite job applications from a pool of 130,000 candidates.
LiveHire sees partnerships with RPOs like Randstad as important as they are a key driver of its growth and revenue.
