Beston Global Food Company
(ASX:BFC) has announced it has executed a contract with Clean Seas Tuna for the distribution of fresh and frozen Kingfish in China, Hong Kong and the Republic of Korea.
The contract covers the period from June 2016 to December 2017, and includes an initial shipment of 176 tonnes of frozen product.
Clean Seas Kingfish will be positioned as a premium seafood product by Beston’s operations in China.
Over the next 18 months at least 340 tonnes of Kingfish are expected to be shipped to the region.
Beston Global Food reported a net loss of $1.08 million at 31 December 2015.
