Hansen Technologies Limited
(ASX:HSN) has announced plans to acquire PPL Solutions, a US business processing outsourcing company.
Hansen has indicated the purchase will extend its footprint into a new market segment in the US.
PPL Solutions recurring revenue stream model, SaaS services and proprietary IP align with Hansen’s key acquisition criteria and plugs a solution gap in its existing portfolio of billing services.
PPL Solutions is expected to represent approximately 7 percent of the combined Hansen worldwide EBITDA.
Hansen Technologies Limited reported a net profit of $12.63 million at 31 December 2015.
