Kathmandu Holdings Ltd
(ASX:KMD) has announced positive earnings guidance for the 2016 FY.
The outdoor adventure clothing company says that its Earnings Before Interest and Tax will be between $49 and $52 million. This is higher than last year’s figure of $33.2 million.
Kathmandu also says its Net Profit After Tax will be around $32 to $35 million, which is also higher than last year’s figure of $20.4 million.
However, the company also says a substantial proportion of the year’s financial results will depend on its sales performance in July.
Kathmandu reported a net profit of $8.6 million at 31 December 2015.
