GPT Metro Office Fund (ASX:GMF) has announced its estimated earnings per unit (EPU) for FY16 will be 16.2 cents.

The earnings fall in the middle of the fund’s guidance range, as announced to the market in February of this year.

The company has also provided guidance for FY17, and expects EPU to be 16.4 cents.

Guidance for FY17 is conservative and is under the assumption the fund will receive no rental income from its Vantage asset in Hawthorn Victoria, despite being in active leasing negotiations with a number of prospective tenants.

GPT Metro Office Fund reported a net profit of $18.33 million at 31 December 2015.
