Australian travel company, Helloworld Limited (ASX:HLO), has signed new commercial agreements with Qantas (ASX:QAN) and Jetstar.

Qantas CEO, Alan Joyce, says these commercial agreements will ‘go a long way’ toward strengthening Qantas’ relationship with Helloworld as its ‘number one airline supplier’.

Mr Joyce also says these deals will lead to a range of joint marketing and sales activities, and new commercial opportunities.

Helloworld’s deal with Qantas is for 2 years, and will take effect from 1 July. The Jetstar deal is for 1 year and will take effect on 1 August.

Helloworld reported a net loss of $1.65 million at 31 December 2015.
