TTG Fintech Limited
(ASX:TUP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a Hong Kong listed company, Kingdee International Software Group Co Ltd.
The company says Kingdee is one of the market leaders in developing, manufacturing and selling enterprise management software in China.
As part of this deal, TTG will provide its payment solutions to Kingdee’s cloud warehousing and cloud accounting functions. TTG will also promote the Hong Kong company’s products to its own clients.
TTG says the final terms and conditions will be concluded in another cooperation agreement.
TTG reported a net loss of $3.9 million at 31 March 2016.
