Sino Gas signs second deal with Chinese gas company

Sino Gas & Energy Holdings Limited (ASX:SEH) has signed a second sales agreement for gas produced from the Linxing Central Gathering Station in China.

The agreement is for the supply of up to 10.5 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, valued at around $9.65 per thousand cubic foot.

Sino Gas says that the initial term of the supply agreement is 2 years, and can be extended by mutual agreement.

The company also says that the contracted gas price will be in place until the end of the year. Afterwards, it can be adjusted to account for changes in local market conditions and any Government policies that are implemented.

Sino Gas reported a net loss of $17.8 million at 31 December 2015.
