Starpharma Limited is a technology based company and we are developing a range of products which apply a specialist proprietary kind of polymer which we have extensive patents on, primarily in the pharmaceutical and health space.
We are based in Melbourne in the ASX300 and we have a market capitalisation of around $250 million and around $50 million currently in the bank.
The technology is a spherical polymer which can be applied in different ways for different kinds of products.
We have licensed out VivaGel product to Ansell to use on condoms, which will be supplied to the Australian Olympic team to help protect them against the Zika Virus threat when they travel to Rio later this year.
