BigAir Group Limited
(ASX:BGL) has entered a deal with the Pad, an accommodation company, in Brisbane.
The Australian telcos company was appointed by the Pad to install and manage a high speed WiFi network for a new student accommodation facility in Wolloongabba, Brisbane.
This new student facility will have 286 rooms and is part of a pipeline of over 2,500 rooms to be offered by the Pad.
The Chief Operating Officer of the Pad, Fabby Ernesta, says that his company plans to operate over 5,000 beds in the next 3-5 years, and is confident that BigAir will assist in providing a positive online education and leisure experience.
BigAir reported a net profit of $2.97 million at 31 December 2015.
