Coats Group plc
(ASX:CGW) has confirmed that it will delist from both the ASX and NZX.
The delisting will be effective 24 June 2016, and Coats shares will only be tradable on the London Stock Exchange.
The company says that the delisting is a result of a much reduced shareholder base in both countries, and benefits of concentrating trading volumes in one market.
Australian and NZ shareholders only make up 11% of Coat’s share register, down from 30% one year ago.
Coats reported a net loss of $79.94 million at 31 December 2015.
