SmartTrans partners with BPS Technology in China

SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX:SMA) has entered into a Master Merchant Agreement with BPS Technology (ASX:BPS) in China.
 
This B2B deal will allowing BPS’s Australian merchants to promote and sell their products online in China via SmartTrans’ specialised product outlet and Alibaba’s website.
 
The technology company says that this agreement will give both companies exposure to China’s e-commerce sector, which was estimated to be worth around US $670 billion.
 
SmartTrans also says that BPS, under this new agreement, plans to initially deliver key suppliers access in four major market sectors – health and wellness, travel and tourism, property and education.

SmartTrans reported a net loss of $645,000 at 31 December 2015.
