Spookfish Limited
(ASX:SFI) has entered into a product agreement with EagleView Technologies Inc, which is owned by Vista Equity Partners, a large private equity firm.
Eagleview will have the exclusive rights to operate the Spookfish Capture Platform in North America, which is scheduled to operate before the end of 2016.
EagleView provides aerial imagery and 3D measurement software to service customers in the insurance, construction, solar and government sectors.
Spookfish says that it will continue its own commercialization strategies in Australia and New Zealand, with the option to license EagleView’s capabilities and analytics reports in these markets.
Spookfish reported a net loss of $8 million at 31 December 2015.
