Admedus Limited
(ASX:AHZ) has announced it has been awarded Manufacturer of the Year at the 2016 Manufacturers’ Monthly Endeavour Awards.
Admedus was selected from over 40 other finalists to take out the award at a dinner held in Sydney on Thursday the 12th of May.
Ademedus was also awarded ‘Most Innovative Manufacturing Company’ in relation to its regenerative tissue product CardioCel®.
CardioCel® is developed using a process called ADAPT®, whereby animal pericardium, a heart covering membrane, is converted into an off-the-shelf, ready to use product that functions like human tissue.
Admedus Limited reported a net loss of $13.6 million at 31 December 2015.
