SKY Network Television
(ASX:SKT) has advised it is forecasting total subscribers of approximately 830,000 as of June 30th this year.
The forecast is comprised of a reduction in Pay TV subscribers but is offset by an increase in Neon and FanPass subscribers in New Zealand.
Churn of SKY Pay TV contracts has been partly attributed to the roll off of subscribers following the Rugby World Cup in 2015.
SKY TV has reaffirmed its previous FY16 guidance as being at the low end of the range, as advised to the market in October 2015.
SKY TV reported a net profit of $81.9 million at the end of December 2015.
