Telstra Corporation Limited
(ASX:TLS) has announced Asciano chief executive John Mullen has taken over the reins from Catherine Livingstone as Chairman of Directors.
The succession was announced on 24 February. Ms Livingstone has now resigned from the Telstra board with immediate effect.
Ms Livingstone was Chairman of Directors for seven years and spent 15 years on the telcos board.
Peter Hearl, Russell Higgins, Chin Hu Lim and Craig Dunn were also announced as having taken committee positions.
Telstra recorded a net profit of $2.135 billion at 31 December 2015.
