Spark New Zealand Limited
(ASX:SPK) has announced a series of changes to its leadership team as the communications service provider undergoes a strategic transformation.
Jolie Hodson, CFO of Spark New Zealand is set to replace Tim Miles as CEO of Spark Digital. Rod Snodgrass will also be leaving his role as CEO of Spark Ventures.
Mark Beder will be taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer of Spark Connect. Claire Barber has been appointed Chief Digital Officer of Spark Platforms, while David Havercroft will move to the role of Chief Transformation Officer, Spark New Zealand.
Announcements are yet to be made regarding an external replacement for CFO, while an internal search for a new CEO of Spark Ventures is also set to take place.
Spark New Zealand recorded a net profit of $148.12 million at 31 December 2015.
