CSR Limited
(ASX:CSR) has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Greg Barnes.
Mr Barnes is leaving CSR to take up the position of CFO at a yet to be disclosed but listed company.
CSR’s Managing Director Rob Sindel praised Mr Barnes contribution to the company during his 5 year tenure, in particular his role in driving many of CSR’s strategic objectives forward.
An executive search will commence shortly to find a replacement, with Mr Barnes staying on with the company until the 30th of June 2016.
CSR Limited reported a net profit of $89.8 million for the six months to the end of September 2015.
