National Veterinary Care Limited
(ASX:NVL) has confirmed the successful completion of two of the three acquisitions, as announced to the market at the end of February.
This brings the total number of vet clinics now under ownership to 37.
The clinics are expected to deliver annualised revenue and EBIT of $1.59 million and $250,000 respectively.
Both clinics are located in Queensland and are within NVC’s existing cluster.
National Vet Care reported a net profit of $15,000 at 31 December 2015.
