CYBG PLC
(ASX:CYB) has appointed Mark Thundercliffe as Chief Risk Officer.
Mark joins from HSBC where he is Chief Risk Officer and is a former employee of Home Credit and also Renaissance Capital.
Based in Yorkshire, Mark will join CYBG’s leadership team and will report to Chief Executive Officer, David Duffy.
Mr Duffy cited Mr Thundercliffe’s international risk management track record and said Mark is well placed to help the company deliver its ambitious customer support and business growth plans.
