Orion Health Group Limited
(ASX:OHE) has signed an agreement with Queensland health service Metro North.
Under the agreement, Orion Health will deliver its Referrals Management platform for use to Metro North Hospital and Health Service’s 900,000 patients and 16,000 staff in five hospitals and eight community health centres, alongside oral and mental health facilities.
CEO Ian McCrae said the contract with Metro North will be delivered as a subscription license with Orion Health Application Managed Services.
The technology company said Orion Health’s software currently manages over 90 million patient health records worldwide, with this agreement acting to further boost records under management.
