Tiger Resources Limited
(ASX:TGS) has appointed Michael Griffiths as CEO and Managing Director.
Mr Griffiths has been an independent non-executive director since December 2012 and Interim CEO since August last year.
The board of Tiger Resources has also undergone a reshuffle with the departure of David Constable, an independent non-executive director since June 2011.
Tiger Resources now welcomes Western Australian-based engineer Ian Kerr to the board as an independent non-executive director.
Tiger Resources recorded a net loss of $24.5 million at 31 December 2015.
