Regis Resources Limited
(ASX:RRL) has advised that Mr Nick Giorgetta will retire as a director of the company effective 29 April 2016.
Mr Giorgetta was chairman of Regis Resources from May 2009 and stepped down from the role at Regis’AGM in November last year.
The company says Mr Giorgetta’s retirement as chairman was the first step towards his desire to retire completely from public company life.
Mr Giorgetta has had more than 40 years experience in the Australian gold mining industry.
Regis Resources reported a net profit of $45.98 million at 31 December 2015.
