Yellow Brick Road Holdings Limited
(ASX:YBR) has acquired brightday, a web based B2C investment business.
The acquisition is the next step in the delivery of Yellow Brick Road’s digital plans, following the release of Guru in FY15 and My YBR Account in FY16.
The company says brightday serves a similar customer segment to Yellow Brick Road, but allows customers that have a bias towards direct-digital products to take advantage of that.
It also says it wants 30 per cent of its customers accessing the company’s wealth services by 2020.
Yellow Brick Road reported a net loss of $4.05 million at 31 December 2015.
