Ardent Leisure Group
(ASX:AAD) says it will sell D’Albora Marinas, the largest marina group in Australia in order to focus on maximising the potential of the Group’s significant leisure and entertainment businesses.
It comprises seven high profile marinas, including three in Sydney Harbour.
The locations comprise 1,300 births, substantial water and land leases and attractive development opportunities.
The company says the sale of the marina portfolio will assist in accelerating the pace and development of the Main Event Family Entertainment Centres in the US.
