Smartpay Limited
(ASX:SMP) has announced the launch of its taxi payment technology into the New Zealand market.
The launch of the company’s new S300 integrated payments terminals, includes contactless payments acceptance capability and colour touch screens.
The terminals integrate with Smartpay’s “TaxiPos” transaction processing system which offers cloud based real-time transaction reporting allowing taxi fleet operators to manage their businesses.
Smartpay is currently upgrading taxi fleets, representing over 2,500 taxis in New Zealand.
Smartpay reported a net profit of $130,000 at 30 September 2015.
