Enerji Limited
(ASX:ERJ) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Inspired Evolution Investment Management, a clean tech investment and advisory business based in South Africa.
Under the MOU the two companies will work together to identify and assess opportunities to develop and construct clean energy projects in South Africa and the Sub-Saharan Africa Region.
Inspired Evolution has sourced and funded investments representing about 918MW of renewable energy generation assets.
Enerji says it has commenced an expansion program for Africa following a review of commercial operations available.
Enerji reported a net loss of $578,000 at 31 December 2015.
