AWE Limited
(ASX:AWE) has announced the appointment of Mr David Biggs as its new CEO and Managing Director, commencing at the start of May.
Mr Biggs is currently the CEO of CUE Energy Limited, and prior to that he spent almost 20 years with BHP Billiton Petroleum.
He has over 35 years experience in the oil and gas sector and brings extensive experience in M&A and gas marketing.
David Biggs will succeed current CEO, Mr Bruce Clement, who wishes to ensure a smooth transition in leadership of the company.
AWE reported a net loss of $273.9 million at 31 December 2015.
