Unilife Corporation
(ASX:UNS), a developer and supplier of injectable drug delivery systems has announced the realignment of its business units and leadership team.
Chairman and CEO Alan Shortall and President and COO Dr Ramin Mojdeh will step down from the company effective immediately.
The board of directors has engaged the executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to manage the search process for a permanent CEO.
Unilife also streamlined its operations into two-program focussed business units being, wearable and auto-injectors and pre-filled syringes.
Unilife Corporation reported a net loss of $70.2 million at 31 December 2015.
