Scentre Group
(ASX:SCG) says long term director Dick Warburton will retire at the AGM to be held in May.
Mr Warburton joined Westfield Retail Trust as Chairman in 2010. He over saw the merger of the Retail Trust with the Australian and New Zealand business and then became a director of the spin off Scentre Group.
The former chairman and CEO of Dupont Australia and New Zealand has also served on the boards of the Reserve Bank, the ATO, Caltex and Tabcorp.
Scentre Group reported a net profit of $2.73 billion for the six months to the end of December 2015.
