A number of threshold conditions have not been satisfied and the deal with Chengdu Jinxin Healthcare Group has been pulled.

An initial investment of US$135 million was to be funded through existing debt.

Ramsay Healthcare reported a net profit of $239.7 million for the six months to end December 2015.
