Yowie Group Limited
(ASX:YOW) says its new plant commissioning to ramp up production capacity is on schedule.
The chocolate company has entered an agreement with Madelaine Chocolate Company to access high speed, high volume manufacturing.
Manufacturing equipment required to install the toy capsule inside Yowie chocolate products has been pre-commissioned and is now on its way to the New York factory with production expected to start by the end of March.
Yowie says it will then have base production of 100 million units per annum and can easily ramp up wrapping capability to meet that should the need arise.
