Rio Tinto board shake-up

Rio Tinto Limited (ASX:RIO) says long serving board member Richard Goodmanson will be retiring from the board this year. 
 
Mr Goodmanson, who has chaired the Sustainability Committee for the mining giant will step down from his role at the AGM in May. The American businessman has served on the Rio board since December 2004. 
 
His position on the committee will be filled by Megan Clark who joined the board from CSIRO in November last year. 
 
Rio Tinto reported a net loss of $2.35 billion for the half year to the end of December 2015.
