Fantastic Holdings Limited
(ASX:FAN) has said it expects to announce the CEO succession arrangement shortly following the resignation of Stephen Heath.
The furniture retailer and manufacturer revealed that Mr Heath had resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 22 January.
Fantastic Holdings said the board and Mr Heath have agreed that Mr Heath will step down from his role on Friday 26 February.
While a succession announcement is expected shortly, Mr Heath has agreed to assist the company over the next month to ensure a smooth transition.
Fantastic Holdings recorded a net profit of $13.2 million at 30 June 2015.
