Scentre Group Limited
(ASX:SCG) has announced Funds From Operations of $1.199 billion – growth of 3 percent – for the 12 months to 31 December 2015.
Profit after tax attributable to members fell 58.9 percent to $2.7 billion for the full year. Results for the previous comparable year include earnings taken prior to the restructure of Westfield Group in June 2014.
Revenue grew 32.5 percent to $2.87 billion.
Chairman Frank Lowy said the strong results validated the rationale for the creation of Scentre Group.
Scentre group will pay a final dividend of 10.45 cents per security.
