OceanaGold Corporations (ASX:OGC, NZX:OGC, TSX:OGC) has reported a net profit of $53.1 million for the 2015 financial year compared to a profit of $111.5 million a year earlier.
The company produced 419,000 ounces of gold and also increased its equity in Gold Standard Ventures to nearly 20 per cent.
Oceana says it has restructured its credit facility with lower margins and longer terms than previously and it is well placed to invest in further growth this year.
A dividend of 4 US cents per share was declared.
