Japara reports profit increase for H1 2016

Japara Healthcare Limited (ASX:JHC) has reported a 2.5 per cent increase in net profit to $16.2 million for the 6 months to 31 December 2015.
 
The aged-care provider also reported a 13.4 per cent increase in revenue to $155.9 million.
 
EBITDA for the period came in at $28.1 million, which was a jump of 10.2 per cent.
 
The company has reaffirmed its outlook for FY2016, with earnings anticipated to exceed FY2015. 
 
Japara will pay a fully franked, interim dividend of 5.75 cents per share; a slight increase on H1 of FY2015, which was 5.5 cents per share.
