Mobile Embrace reports growing earnings

Mobile Embrace Limited (ASX:MBE) has announced a 13 percent rise in net profit to $2.6 million for the six months ended 31 December 2015.
 
Revenue for the half year FY2016 was $28 million, a 99 percent increase on the previous corresponding period. 
 
Mobile Embrace noted the performance of domestic operations, underpinned by increasing demand for the group’s mobile marketing and carrier billing offerings and pointed to the company’s international operations as a significant driver of growth.
 
Chief Executive Officer Chris Thorpe highlighted that the company continues to actively pursue new international markets through its partnerships with SingTel, Telenor and Axiata.
