Woolworths Limited
(ASX:WOW) has announced some changes to the board.
Ms Holly Kramer joins the table from today bringing widespread directorship experience from board positions with Nine Entertainment, Australia Post and AMP Limited.
Ms Siobhan McKenna currently holds board positions with Ten Network, Nova Entertainment and the Australian Ballet.
The grocery retailer has accepted the resignation of Jetstar CEO Jayne Hrdlicka who has served on the board for the past five years.
Woolworths reported a net profit of $2.14 billion for the 2015 financial year.
